My "Videos" icon won't change. It's really annoying me right now, any suggestions? I've removed and re-installed the theme...

Yeah it is extremely annoying and i don't know why it doesnt change on mine either. A workaround is to use WebOSQuick install and go to "send file" and send the icon directly to

/usr/palm/applications/com.palm.app.videoplayer/

I've attached the icon.

PS. Be advised that this replaces the original icon so make a copy of it in case you want to change themes.

I finally got granted access to post themes, iPhone iCons will now be available through precentral themes. Just waiting on them to publish it.

Do you know when the messaging app will be themed? In the Screen shots it doesn't look like it is and that's a major deciding factor. And is there any diffterence from Prethemer & PreCentral Themes versions? Thanks!

No difference in Prethemer and Pre Central. Just know that Prethemer gets updated more frequently before it gets updated in Precentral.

Also, Prethemer creates its own screenshots and thats why it might look slightly different than how it actually looks with my patches on.

As far as the messaging theme, I might start working on that for a future update. Be advised however that I reverted to 1.3.5.1 so any future updates will not be tested on 1.4

UPDATE: Back to 1.4.1 all updates will work with 1.4.1 and above

Just wanted to say, great job on the theme. I'm loving my Prapple hybrid lol. Any chance that the videos background could be black like the phone app, and others? I love the sleek look of it all. But all in all, an excellent theme!

I too had the same problem with the video icon and I copied it to the /usr/palm/applications/com.palm.app.videoplayer/ directory. But I forgot to make a copy of the original icon! Does anybody have it by chance to send to me? Not a major deal, but it would be nice. Thanks in advance!

I have now themed the Messaging App with the iPhone balloons which look just like the original.

You can grab it a prethemer for now, havent updated precentral yet.

Just put this on today and I love it

I did change the messaging back to a light blue and white, but that is just personal preference.

Is there any way to change the colour that buttons go when you press them? For example, clicking a message in my texts, it goes green until it loads, I would love to change this to a different colour.

Hey, glad you loving it.

Did you change the balloons to a light blue and white or was it just the background scrim?

Not sure if you changed the balloons yourself, but if you did then it should be under the chatview/chat-balloon-left-selected.png

And you can change it to whatever color you want the balloon to change when you select it.

nice job. I'm currently using the iPhone (Black) theme, but the "black" doesn't apply to any other apps.

So, I guess this is the theme I'm looking for!

(...as long as I can use my own wallpaper, that is.)

hmmm, I wonder if I should remove the scrim messaging and scrim contacts patches? (can't tell be the description if contacts are "scrimmed" black too)

Installed and it's great, again, very nice job!

I switched the backround wallpaper, (I use the picture of the earth taken from the moon by the crew of the Apollo 8 lunar orbital mission, and the moonscape at the bottom is perfect as a backround for the quicklaunch bar.) I also reloaded the Messaging and Contacts scrim patches, as well. (I like everything dark/black)

I miss the glowing Pre logo, though.

I "cringe" at the apple logo every time I have to do a reset, which is almost everyday due to the dreaded "too many cards" issue... ;-(

But, all in all, it's a great theme! thanks.

The "Scrim Messaging" patch didn't work, anyway. The "Scrim Contacts" patch worked as before.

It's weird that the Video icon doesn't change. ...no "biggie", though.
