Ok how do I actually do this using Preware. It doesn't seem to acutally install a theme. Am I doing it wrong?

I am having the same problem. I have tried several themes and the phone resets every time. However when it comes back up nothing has changed. I also get an error message when I try it with Web OS Quick Install. The message reads, "Sorry, theming is currently disabled until the new theming specification is put in place.". Has any one else gotten this message? Is it Palm that has disabled theming?

No, Jason took the Themer out right now to work on some bugs with it. The only available option for theming is preware.
