Connect your pre via USB and in the VBA folder there will be an image called "controller.png" replace that image with whatever you want (just make sure you keep the name "controller.png" (without quotes)
great skin!

This is really neat. I will definitely make one to match my blue theme.

The emulator only recognizes the "controller.png" file. You can not name it anything else, if you want to keep the original file, name the original picture controller.old.png or something.
Great skins peoples!!! You all should do game ones like a "Legend of Zelda" themed one or a "super mario" themed one...

Hey guys.
No ETA, but in the next bit I'm going to make a release that officially supports multiple skins.
Not just replacing the stock image, but complete control over where the buttons are, screen location/size, etc.
Fantastic work, and the skin release should make adding skins easier, support multiple skins and toggling between them, and give skin designers more flexibility regarding the locations.
Looking great though guys

I just released vba 1.1.1 that has official skin support!
Take a look and happy skinning!
ALSO, crzisme I think I got your nick wrong in the notes, my sincere apologies! Thanks for your great work. I'd fix it, but that'd require making a new version. I'll fix it where I can and next version will have it correct. Sorry!

New Gameboy Micro Skin (bigger screen)
thanks
Just an awesome app, great work. Playing Zelda Oracle of Seasons for the first time and I am loving it. Thank you very much for all of your work on this...and the skins are awesome. Very very impressed over here
Maybe I am not understanding something....but before the update all I had to do was put the new skin in the folder vba/
but now....its not working...I cant seem to change skins. So...where should I be putting the skins I want to use? Or is there a built in skin selector now?
how would i apply this to vba folder rite?
