2 screen-lock-wallpaper-mask files now?

i ssh'ed in to change my lock screen wallpaper. and found that there is now 2, a top and bottom file. I removed them both and just put the one in, hoping it would work, wouldnt show up though. this is the basic lock screen,not the secret code lock screen,lol. Anyway, should i just copy the file and lay it over itself as a top and bottom? Also may be a reason some of you are having problems with some themes. if the lock file was changed in update,i would imagine some others may have been also.

noone,other than theme installers comes in here anymore?
