Themer- Revert to Default

I have tried several times to put my themer back to default using WOSQI. It keeps saying be patient and it'll take a few minutes. I will let it do its thing, and like 10 minutes later, it still has that same message on the computer screen. Everything looks like the default settings, but the themer is still showing as "my light blue theme (that's what i downloaded to my pre).

I've tried to download preware, and it keeps saying, "The package manager service is not running. Did you remember to install it..." I downloaded and installed the package manager stuff first, then preware. this stuff is not working. Should I back up my files and just do the WebDoctor?... Also, i have rebooted countless times to no avail.
