Nevermore Theme - Check it out! - Page 2

I installed the Nevermore theme to check it out. After uninstalling it to try a different theme, there are still Nevermore elements that can't be gotten rid of (the quick launcher and the dialpad are the two I've noticed). Any suggestions for cleaning it up?

I love this theme.
Has anyone tried it on 1.4.1.1?

I've had problems getting it to work on older versions, always end up getting it to work, even though I don't know how I do it.
