    First, I am on Pre #3... having exchanged #2 last week for a bad speaker issue. Last weekend, I installed the backup from the backup utility. Everything worked fine and I restored all of my accounts.

    In the last 2 days, I have lost the ability to download any and all email from multiple accounts: MS Outlook (work), Yahoo!, and Gmail. I have reset the Pre with no change. Pressing the Update button returns no new messages. Only when attempting to SEND a message do I get the following error message:

    Service Method Exception: com.palm.oasis.activerecord.ActiveRecordException: PRIMARY KEY must be unique

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? I don't want to wipe the unit yet, but I'm getting closer!

    Let me know if you have any ideas.

    You're sure all your accounts are listed and synced correctly?
    There are two ways to pass a hurdle: leaping over or plowing through...
    There needs to be a monster truck option.

    All three worked fine last week, after the new phone was activated. I'm suspicious of the Pre Backup Utility restore but don't have proof.

    I'm having the same issue. on forth Pre and used the backup utility also...

    did you add the accounts back in to the new phone?

    I just fixed mine...deleted my gmail account and then added it back in...
