    I was having this problem too but i think i found the solution...remove the email acount from your phone...then go to your email on the computer, then go to acount info, click on "Manage Apps and Website Connections" you should see some options for palm synergy and sprint etc.
    remove them and then add your email again on your phone.

    Now Im getting a security token error when I try and add the email accounts.

    Tried it this morning again and it adde correctly. We will see if I get any errors.
