    Hi, has anyone had this problem:
    Email will sync one day, and the next it will say "error unable to connect".

    the phone is connected to the "network" and will send and receive calls/text...
    we are using COX and our on POP email accounts. FYI this did it on BOTH accounts.

    I haven't had this issue and I haven't seen anyone else posting about it, so I did a google search and found that there are many discussions on the net from people who have this problem, specifically with Cox, regardless of what method they are using to access it.

    There are posts from many mobile phone users, as well as those using computers, ipads, other tablets and etc.

    Have you tried contacting them about it?
