Wiping old iTunes music from Pre

I realize iTunes doesn't sync with the Pre anymore. I didn't even want to sync with it in the beginning (I hate all things Mac and this once again proves why I hate them). However, since it was broken I now want to remove the 40 or so songs on my Pre and start fresh doing a Windows Player Sync. I cannot find where *%@$!^* iTunes hid the song files to remove them that way nor is my new downgraded iTunes 9 version finding any music on the Pre. It will sync and find the Pre, but says that the music is "other" and the music section is blank. Can someone PLEASE help? I just want to get the 40 songs off and start fresh (and never have to deal with iTunes again.)
