Been a few updates. It's looking doubtful (but one never truly knows).

    no more iTunes.

either use a different method of syncing or find an old version of iTunes to rollback to.

So what's the best way to get music from CD to Pre, Windows Media Player?

if you want to sync sync, you can use WMP or MediaMonkey or Double Twist.

if you don't care about syncing and just want the music on there, you can drag and drop the files.

Connect your Pre to your computer, select USB Drive mode, and copy the files into the "Downloads" folder.

Dragging is fine. Can I drag directly from the CD? Or do I have to import somehow?

If you really need the functionality, just downgrade iTunes back to 9.0.1 and you should be back in business.

you have to rip the songs off the CD first.

you can use iTunes for that as long as you pick a proper format and if you don't want to install another media player.

Here is a newer version that works:

The PSP Media Go will give you all the iTunes functionality and syncs with the PrPrPr.

    That's what I use.
