EAS Sync Extremely Slow

We have just received exchange 2007 at work. I have hooked up my phone through EAS no problem. Changes in contacts, calendar and tasks are immediate. If i mark something as read on my phone it takes forever to update on the computer and the other way too. I was just wondering if any one has had this problem and figure out a solution. I have reset the phone and unistalled the account multiple times. I have tested other platforms ie windows mobile and iphone and it works flawlessly.

We just switched from a self signed cert to a godaddy, if that helps.

We have exchange 2007 at work as well and have not seen any problems. Not on godaddy.
