When I first got the Pre, I imported my Outlook contacts and used Chapura to sync them. I've been using Thunderbird more recently because its calendar program plays more nicely with Google Calendar, so I finally made the plunge and exported all my Outlook contacts over to my Google account.
The problem is that now I have all these redundant Outlook contacts on my Pre. Ideally it would be nice if Contacts worked like Calendar, where I could display only contacts from certain accounts, but that of course is not the case. I went to try to remove them completely, and lo and behold, there is no "Remove Account" button in the preferences for the Outlook "account." Is there any way of fixing this? Thanks. |

I believe you have to remove the PocketMirror software to get the Outlook contacts removed.
Rob Just double checked. You go into PocketMirror software on your Pre, and then go to Preferences and there you can delete or remove the Contacts or Calendar. Rob
