Missing Sync iTunes Playlist Problem

i have missing sync for the palm pre and im trying to get it to sync my iTunes playlists via USB
all my songs are .mp3, the correct file type, and when i sync with the pre i have all the playlists i want added selected
it adds all the songs to the library, but as for the playlists theyre all messed up
a couple are fine, but most are messed up and some only have like one song added to the playlist when there are supposed to be a lot more. and some playlists are completely disregarded.
does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

p.s. its annoying how it doesnt sync contacts and calendar via usb, only media -_-
