for all of you who figured this out great job! for all of you who are support for p.d.a.'s and did not figure this out shame on you, I'm typing this and wagging and pointing my figure at you at same time! cool right!? just kidding. I'm I.T. I support pda's, lan phones, pc etc anyway.

    here u go.

    do the manual setup option

    incoming mail server
    https://activesync.usually your company name.com
    example https://activesync.nyknicks.com

    domain
usually your company name.corp or .com etc
    example nyknicks.corp

    user name
the user name you use to sign on to outlook (could be windows login)

    password
your outlook password (could be windows password)

I had to try it a few times, then it worked.

works great, emails hit pre before desktop mail client.

is there a way to have all sub folders sync like inbox?

I've got filtering rules for each email to sort into a specific folder but they do not automatically sync/update unless manually refreshed.

    suggestions?
