Having a duplicate issue that I hope someone here can help me with.

I created a new EAS account with 4Smartphone. I entered my credentials into my device without any problems. The Pre went through the synching process even though there were no records to sync. Here is my dilemma:

1. When I create a contact or calendar record on either the device or computer (OWA), the record appears on the opposite device like it is supposed to.
2. When I edit a contact record on the Pre, it duplicates the original record on my computer (OWA) but adds the newly entered data in only one of them.

The Pre continues to have only one copy but Outlook Web Access and I assume Outlook has the duplicate; One new, one old.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
