    For the past three days I have been getting this error on my Pre. "Login Credentials rejected Tap to update your password". When I do that I am able to get my company email. But everytime it checks the server for email I get that alert. I use a SYNCMAIL web address to access my companys exchange server.

    I would say to access the email from a computer and verify that it isn't a warning to update the password that the Pre doesn't recognize. If there is a policy to update the password every 30 days or 90 days, that might be it. Sometimes the policy will just warn you before you HAVE to change it. That may be what youa re seeing.
