    I'm issuing this warning so that no one else has a problem and loses data... I am also unsure if this applies to ALL sync types (Google, Facebook, etc.) but I KNOW it applies to EAS sync'ing...

    Please note the following warning: If you, like I, use Contact Notes in Outlook (or another program) to record important details about that specific contact, any attempt to edit them on the Pre MAY truncate older data (towards the end of the notes field). I have been unable to confirm what size would force a truncate condition, nor do I have any idea how to check the size of an individual contact's note to determine it's compliance... so therefore, the warning is blanket - if you have notes you need, do NOT edit them wholesale on the Pre.
