I synced music using both WMP as well as just USB connection (tried it both ways)

    - My Music Player on the Pre only sees 18 songs - now these are 18 of the songs that I synced - but I syned 300+songs.

I can see them in the MUSIC folder when I do a USB connect - as well as WMP sync...

But my music player can't see them

    Anyone provide any help?

    Geez...

I never use WMP - so it looks like WMP converted these files on me. They are all MP3's on my computer so I assumed they got copied over as MP3's...

REcopied directly and all is good.

    Thank you so much!

You will need to go to the tools, options, devices in WMP and uncheck the convert automatically to get rid of that issue.

    Thank you!

I finally just copied my MP3's over using USB Sync.

I am not a big fan of WMP or iTunes and never use them. Big SongBird fan though!
