    Pre wont accept outgoing mail settings pop acct. I have all of the correct settings for my pop acct but when I try to sign in it tells me that I am unable to validate acct.

    The server you are trying to connect to may not allow it. I had a similar problem with my own isp and someone on here gave me a solution which involves using a different server (a Sprintpcs email account) for the sending side.
