What does Palm Profile do?

i just switch my palm pre to the pixi and i made sure it was backed up before i did the activation on pixi but when i restored my pixi over half of my contact are gone. im a police officer so those numbers are very important please help.

There is supposed to be a text chat line or something at Palm. For some reason, that's the way to go on recovering older databases.

They'll just need to look at which file is the largest... or something like that.

Dunno where to find more information on it, but hopefully somebody else can find it??
