    My palm profile says it hasn't been verified when I look under the backup menu. I tried clicking the "resend email" link and nothing happens. I looked at palm's website and it says everything is fine, I just don't wanna have problems if I ever need to restore. Anybody else having this problem?

    I am experiencing this as well. I chalk it up to their backup system being overwhelmed at the moment... give it a day (week?) or two.

    same here, it's annoying but at least i know i'm not the only one

    i got it to send once or twice by messing around with my password, security question, and name, but it doesn't work reliably.
