Suez, We had some updates June 11 so be sure to download the latest update from CompanionLink.Com/downloads/updates.html

If you are still having a problem email CompanionLink tech support at support-at-companionlink.com. Please include your phone and best times to call, as we make callbacks in off hours as well as our scheduled weekday hours. The tech may have you run a log so we can diagnose the issue. Google has a considerable authentication process, so there are many different spots the login password can hang up.
