Hopefully it's truly a 1350mAh and not a fake as some reported.

For those reading this thread, somline is 100% correct. The 1350 is junk and DO NOT spend your money on it. Internally, they think/act/are no different than the OEM battery. I'm still in the testing phase (using somline's vast brain power of this stuff), mostly because I don't want to admit to myself that I wasted the money buying two of them (one for the GF). At this point in time, they are junk, do not buy them. Period. I'm looking into the 1400mAh now... ![]() If I knew what the hell I did with my receipt, I'd try and return them... M. |

Following up on my previous post (#49). The battery finally started acting normal after 3 days. I think that it gives me more time but won't have a good comparison until I charge it up and go out on the golf course with my GPS app.

Just found all these battery threads today. Very interesting.
For comparison, my Amzer 1400mAh battery reported a getfull40 value of 1283.125mAh. To be honest, I feel a little jipped. |

I don't know if people realize this but as it has been reported in other posts, the "getfull40" should show 1183.125 for a true stock battery, and larger numbers, 1350, 1400, 2600, etc... for bigger capacity batteries. Also, getage shows the percentage of life tracked across charging cycles, and getcapacity is just a function of those two. Also, it doesn't seem to work for large capacity batteries like the seidio 2600. the true test is what getfull40 says.

In my estimation, a true 1400 mAH battery ought to read ~1440 to be comparable... at 123.125 it seems it'd be ~1250 rated.

E.g. the mugen 1400 has a manufacturer rating (full40) of 1463mAh. Still testing this battery but what I have read this is the best standard sized extended battery for the palm.

So the general consensus is that the Mugen 1400's are REALLY 1400mAh?
I'm getting very tired of messing with my Seido 1350mAh and am willing to eat the cost of it at this point. M. |

Sorry forgot about this thread:
I posted in the the mugen tread: "Update about my new Mugen. After 4. charge I did again a calibration: 95% of 1463mAh = 1389,85mAh (same result as after 1. charge) And this is in real 99% = 1400 / 1389,85 * 100 since the MFR is higher than advertised."

At least my one, calibrated 1389,85mAh.
But how long it will last? Ask me in 1/2 year ;-)
