Ringtones over Bluetooth headset

Does anyone know of an in-ear bluetooth headset over which you will actually hear the ringtone assigned to the contact that is calling you?

I used to have a bluetooth that did that (I would still be using it if i could find it). Now I'm on the trail of the ultimate bluetooth (not necessarily the most expensive) that is in-ear (not the big *** bud type) and I can hear individual ringtones so i know who is calling and don't have to drag my pre out of my pocketbook.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
