Pre doesn't recognize all profiles

I have the Blueant Sonic speakers (SBL-CK811). The speakers support the headset AND stereo (A2DP) profiles. However, I cannot get my phone to recognize that these are speakers. It will only connect to it as a headset and will not play music through them.

I tried pairing multiple times as suggested by the Blueant manual, but have had no success.

Has anyone else experience a similar problem? If so, is there a way to get my phone to recognize that this is also a stereo speaker?
