[PATCH] Close phone app on hangup for WebOS 2.2.x

I just made a little patch automatically closes the phone app after hanging up an active call. It doesn't matter which side has terminated the conversation.. Its for Enyo phone app only and should work with all 2.2.x devices (tested on my 2.2.4 Veer).

Feel free to try it out and report stating your device! If no problems arise, ill submit it to Preware ...

Awesome! Thanks for the patch. Another phone patch that I had on my Pre that I miss is the one where you end the phone call by pressing the power button, can the patch work on the Enyo phone app?

Yes, i already tried to patch the power button to end calls on enyo, but still without success ;(
