Patch Request: Messaging with Voice

With all the new laws against texting and driving, and even without them, texting while driving creates dangerous situations. My request is for a patch to allow attaching a voice file to a message, so if you receive a text message, you can reply with a recording, instead of having to text. This was a available on my previous phone and I found it quite useful when a direct phone conversation wasn't appropriate.
