[Patch] No AutoDial from Contacts

I made this patch, will submit it later tonight here and in Preware.

I'm just wondering if I should submit it under Phone or Contacts. Because the patch applies to Contacts, but the actual patch is done in the Phone App? Or should it be submitted to both?

Makes sure that there will be no autodial from the contacts app when you press the phone number, it will prefill the dialer with the number instead.
