[PATCH REQUEST] Remove voice dial sound

I think I found an really annoying bug in the Pre 3. I already described it in the pre3 forum (Voice Dial Sound) but thinking about it I felt posting it here might be better cause i would like a patch to fix it.

If you hold the volume button, the voice dialing functionality is started. This makes a sound even if you switch of sounds and whats worse is that this sound gets even triggered when the phone is locked. It would be nice if someone could fix it!

Okay, it is not just me that has this problem, found at least two other pl to confirm it.
I would guess this to be pretty easy, but I've never written a patch so I can't be certain :-/
