[Patch] Messaging - Add Select All

I disliked that there was no option for Select All in the Messaging app. So All I did was added in the line to allow it. Pretty simple patch as it just adds the menu option and the gesture shortcut(Tap+A).

Created solely for 2.1.0

Tested on my own Pre 2 and Pre Plus. I had no errors and I hope no one else does either. If so post what the error is and I will try to help you out.

I already submitted my version(2.1.0). Feel free to submit the other with my name, yours, or both of ours.

Then I'll wait for your version to be approved and submit the 2.2.x version as an update.

"Copy All" copies the conversation, not the text you're typing.
