[Patch Reqeuest] Clearing the memory - JStop alternative

it will be great if their would exist an app (or patch) which automatically clears the memory e.g. closes all unused processes. that would speed up the phone.

Something better exists. The patch is called System Control Optimization. There is a version for Pre- and Pre+, and some of the other devices, so make sure you install the correct version!

That patch is by rmmauser (sp?) who has spent months researching the best parameters to use for devices of this type. Give it a shot, and then donate to him if you like it.
