patch request: Remove Captive Portal Detected webos 2.2 Pre3

I have a Pre3 with WebOS 2.2. in the UK on the Vodafone network.

I have searched preware on the phone and there is no patch to turn this 'Feature' off.

Living on the verge of a bt open network system means this notification is a major pita.

Could the earlier patch be updated to include this os version.

Or could we have the option to turn this 'Feature' off in the wifi preferences.

Can anyone help?
