[Patch Request] Browser Background and URL Bar

EDIT Solved, can be deleted ...

Hey,

is there anyone who can tell me (or build the Patch), how to write a patch to set the gray background of the Browser to a "transparent" (Like this) and - and thats the harder part I think - show the URL/Top Bar of the Browser just if I'm scrolling fast to the top? I realy don't like to see it every time I scrott bach to the top of the page ... :/

How did you manage To hide the url bar?
