Default Patch Request: Upload Progress For MMS

I don't know if this is feasible, but I would like to see a dashboard notification for Upload progress of media files sent in MMS via the Messaging App. For instance, if you were attaching a video or photo to MMS to a friend, after clicking send a dashboard notification would pop up indicating the percentage of the file that has completed being sent.

It would operate in practice much the same as the Download Progress Notifications of the brilliant YouTube Video Downloader patch. Once the file/MMS has reached the sender, the notification would tell you the process is complete and close the dashboard notification.
