[Patch request] {PRE 3} Disable dialpad tones

Turn the dialpad off. This patch is missed for PRE 3

first time i used it as a phone it was actually silent then after its first reboot the sound was back on the dialpad and gawd it was deafening even on lowest volume when in an emptyish shop and i had to make a call home.

in the end i used "recent call" list as it was embarassing the noise it made.

Temporary fix is to flip the ringer switch or turn off System sounds. The apps for the Pre3 are rewritten to enyo so any patches have to be adapted for enyo as well.

yes , sure , but it's incredible today we don't have a patch for this

I've posted a new patch for the Enyo version here (tested on my EU Pre3)

Have submitted the same to Preware. If approved, should be available for download there as well.
