There is this patch for Hp Pre 3?

The patch exists, but it doesn't currently work as the led flash on the Pre3 is different from earlier devices. I tried figuring author it works, but haven't had much luck in that department, and my call or assistance from the homebrew community has gone unanswered. Once led flash format is determined, rest assured the patch will be released
