Would it be possible to make a patch to disable the overscrolling in the default/advanced browsers? Its a pretty useless feature and I would really prefer if it just stopped at the site edges.

    thank you.

Yes, please someone fix the horizontal bouncing when scrolling webpages, if possible. It's really quite horrible.

the whole scrolling and bouncing is happening in a .so-file. so there is no easy way to fix it there
so far I tried to catch the mouse-events (mousedown, mousemove,..) before they get to the object and to modify them but the only results so far are either no scrolling at all or far more weird bouncing and scrolling..

    but i keep trying

what would also be useful is a tap-to-home area, like the status bar on iOS!

If you click the status bar in iOS, the page or list scrolls up to the top automatically. It's a very nice feature I also wish was present in webOS.

Swipe up twice to go to the launcher. The first swipe brings up card view; the second swipe brings up the launcher (where all the app icons are).

Additionally if you swipe up with two fingers at the same time you are brought straight to the launcher without going to card view.

Back on topic, does anyone know if our request is even possible?

The overcrowding bothers me more and more. Browsing would feel so much smoother without it.
