If you get an email indicating that you were sent a message on Facebook, it contains a URL like the following at the end:

To reply to this message, follow the link below:

The mail application won't wrap that line, but instead shrinks the font to illegibility so that it can fit it all the way across the screen.

This means that you can't read the enclosed message-- the font is too small, and the message itself probably gets stretched into two lines, instead of filling the screen like a normal email. You can pinch to zoom, but then you have to keep scrolling around to see the whole thing.

What I'd like is a patch that would do *anything* to make the email message readable like a normal message-- either kill that link entirely, replace it with a generic "click here" instead of the full URL, turn the message from HTML to plain text, move the link outside of the table that contains the rest of the message, etc.

Yeah, Facebook will probably change this yet again in a month, but in the meantime, it would be nice to be able to read my Facebook messages without starting their app.
