    WebOS 2.0+ only

This patch adds the battery percentage and CPU temperature to the statusbar. When the CPU temp gets to a dangerous level (50C) the statusbar background turns to red to alert the user. Jason's 'SysToolsMgr Service' is required for this patch to work.

Right now, it's set to check CPU temperature every 30 seconds. It can easily be adjusted if need be. Just lemme know (or open the patch and change the interval from 30000 to whatever you'd like...)

For the patches marked "Color", here is a description of when the colors will change:

    Temperature color:
50C and higher: Black on red background
    45C to 49C: Orange
    40C to 44C: Yellow
    39C and lower: White

    Battery Color:
    100% to 70%: Green
    69% to 45%: Yellowish green
    44% to 20%: Orange
    19% and under: Red

For the patches marked "White", the battery percent and temperature text will always be white.

    Battery and Temperature:

    Temperature Only:

    "Stacked" version:

And big thanks to Jason Robitaille for developing SysToolsMgr! Extremely useful.

No clue. It's kinda hard to work around sconix's patches since they modify so much...

hey garrett, in more testing, I've found it actually is not updating every minute. Time changed from 8:05 to 8:06 and did not update the temp from 34 to the current 30.

    Nice work Garrett.
BTW: Why do you have your name and the "HB Supporter" on the left side of your posts 3 times? Eating up a lot of space ;-)
Is it a glitch in the forum software?

Unable to install the stacked patch on a 2.1 pre minus. I removed a couple of top bar patches I had installed (Date as Carrier String, and Change EV icon to 3G), but still can't get the stacked version to install.

    Really?

I'll have to take a look at it in the morning... Already shut everything down for the night.

    Sorry about that...

Do you plan on making it color coded like the temperature?
