I believe that webos doesn't display arabic because :
    1. arabic letters should be connected with each others to form a word.
that means there are different shapes for each letter according to its place in the word (beginning, middle and end )
    2. webos doesn't has that kind of library to chose which shape of letters to display

As i come from android world ,this problem does exist. But it is much easier as android display unconnected letters(not blank)
And there a programmer who overcome this problem by modifying framwork file and some lib file

I HOPE FROM WEBOS PROGRAMERS TO BE ABLE TO OVERCOME THIS ISSUE

Looking forward for your innovative ideas and patches
