Considering I'm on a Vzw Pre, it's almost silly to mention GPS, but I'm going to anyway. Once upon a time my PDA was a Garmin iQue 3600, and and my very favorite feature of it was how tightly integrated the address book and the GPS were. From any contact you could ask it for turn by turn directions at the tap of a single menu item. Would it be possible to patch this functionality into the Pre address book? Something that would take the data from the address field and input it to BFG or Google Maps? Maybe someone has already done this and I've missed it.
Nothing to see here. Move along.

When I click on an address in my contacts it opens up google maps for me now. It is just a matter of clicking the menu button and clicking directions after that.

Never thought of actually tapping on the address. Thanks! I was dropping down the menu looking for it there.

If you go into 'Device Info' and pull up the menu and go to 'Default Applications', you can set the NAV app as the default, no patch needed.

(note: SprintNav works this way, VZNav should also)
