Patch request: Turn on data when data is off

Sorry about the vague topic title...so...

Patch request: when you go into facebook/web and you don't have data on, it opts you for wifi turn on, have an option in that menu to turn data on

That signature makes me laugh! Mode Switcher and data on demand settings do that now. I use it daily.

I've considered it, but I've found Mode Switcher to be confusing, and I'm a technical person. Not saying it's out of my reach.
