This patch is updated from my version one. Now it works as you'd expect.
Its all ways the large landscape clock when in the stock clock app. Orientation doesn't change anything. edit: this is the version with button controls on the clock, but I'm using helidos' version.

I've figured out how to keep the buttons in the clock scene all ways hidden so that they never show. anyone know how i would get tapping on the screen to go to the alarm menu?
doesnt it have something to do with this (Mojo.Menu.commandMenu) for tapping, and this command:'cmdAlarms1' for going to the alarm menu scene? thanks

If anyone wanted to conjure up a few more lines of code, another cool feature could be that the app automatically reverts to the clock scene from any other scene in the app after three or four minutes of inactivity. That would go gr8 with how I'm using this app with this patch and mode switcher.
