Hi,
this patch enables the hold tap for emails. Stay on a link or picture in your email and you get the context menu for this type. No orange+link anymore ![]() -- 10-24-2010 Update Works now with patches that adds new functionality to the context menu You find the updated version in Preware Last edited by n1ce; 10/24/2010 at 09:03 AM. |

Nice work again. When I hold-click a link in an email there appears to be another menu open up a split second before the email one replaces it. Is this normal?
I have your browser patch installed - the latest one posted in the new thread - if it makes any difference |

Can you please incorporate your other patch "[Patch]One Hand Click Open In New Card" in this please?

@solarus
No, only one menu should be visible. Do you have still the first patch installed One Hand Click Open In New Card? This patch is obsolete. If this is installed you see first the open in new card and then the 'real' menu. |

Yes, the new ones (browser and email patch) uses the same function as orange+link. The modification is now in the app not in the framework anymore.
This implementation is cleaner because it uses the same program calls. Remove the first patch or you get a double menu flicker. |

Sounds great. I'll be installing once my pre boots up.

I didn't have the original framework version installed. I do have the new browser only one installed.
I have figured that the flicker happens when I hold on a phone number or a link that WebOS thinks could be a phone number. Normal links work perfectly. This appears to be normal behavior as Orange+Click does the same thing. |

Ingenious! Just installed this today (surprisingly it was compatible with Email Megamix patch - the only other Email patch I currently have installed)...
... is the context menu itself patch-able? I would love to see 'send link to Relego' for links. Same comment (even more so) for the browser Hold-tap context menu patch. |

any way to ad another option to the context menu choices? i'd like to add "save link target" so I can download and save the link object (file, picture, etc) to the /media/internal/downloads folder.
