notification repeat problem

Hi everybody.

I've got a German pre, I use English in Regional settings. Neither Notification repeat patch (with German Add-on) nor Uber Calendar can not help me to make it work. I found in the notifcation repeat patch thread that it can be due to the language used and switched from United Kingdom to English-American - no effect.
In UberCalendar eveythings else seems working.
