Exclamation Help, latest Advanced Config for App Launcher broke my phone!

My pre was working fine, i just fired up preware and saw an update for Advanced configuration for App launch. I installed it and restarted Luna. Now when i hit the launch icon the page comes up and no icons are visable! the app launcher is blank!. I restarted with the same results. I dont want to dr my phone if i dont have to. Any ideas?

I tried this but i get an error.

ERROR: An error occured while attempting to run /tmp/ipkgScript.sh

1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- see webos-patches.log for more details

How do i look at the log?

open up pre in usb mode and look for a doc titled- webos internals log - or something like that. ok the next best thing to do is get the repair utility and run it on your phone , but you need to run it with the override compatibility check marked. this way it will repair all issues in your phone. this utlity will not mess with anything except all patches and themes . it does not delete any apps or app data. this is what i would do . if you need any help just pm me and i will help you out.

Just a shot in the dark here and no disrespect meant: perhaps the Launcher is now opening to a new page with no apps? Swipe and see. Probably not the problem, but just thought I'd throw it out there.

Good luck!

Why spend an hour w/ the repair utility when you can EPR and reinstall patches in 15 mins even w/ 70 patches.

The repair utility is a great alternative if youve altered files manually or installed a jacked up theme. But for patch issues EPR is king
