Question [Patch Request] Enable / Disable Patches

Is it possible? To disable (one or all) installed patches and enable them again without having to uninstall and reinstall them.

I don't fully get what you're saying.. You lost me at uninstalling them and reinstalling them. :-D

For example, I'm trying to use a Call Block patch. But sometimes I do not want it working so I would like to disable it and enable it latter. But I'm not interested only in enable/disable this particular patch.

I like. I've thought about this before. Maybe a separate app to manage installed patches like this?
