error installing no pause video player patch

Can someone identify the problem I am experiencing? I just recently installed verizon's 1.4.5 update on my phone and this is the only patch I am having trouble installing. It's a useful patch for streaming music from youtube and still being able to do other things on the pre. Any help would be much appreciated!

To get that patch to install correctly on my Sprint Pre, I had to edit the patch to modify the file in the /usr/palm/frameworks/private/metascene.videos/submission/76.5/javascript/assistants/ directory, instead of "76".

Probably the same problem you're having.
