[Patch Request x2] tone/vibrate 1) when fully charged; 2) when call dropped

Hello again. Another 2 possible patch requests for those of us 1) who are obsessive about maximizing battery life and 2) who like tonal reminders:

-a tone+/- vibration when the battery is fully charged, so that one knows to remove it from the power source?

-a tone+/- vibration when a call is dropped?
